Jaipur: Amid the political turmoil in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has once again sent a proposal to Governor Kalraj Mishra to start the assembly session from July 31. This time Ashok Gehlot has stated the agenda of the assembly session as Corona. Interestingly, there is no mention of floor test in the proposal sent to the Governor.
Earlier, the Governor turned down Ashok Gehlot’s proposal to convene assembly session saying that no date or agenda had been communicated to him. Let us know that Congress MLAs of Gehlot camp staged a sit-in in the premises of Raj Bhavan on Friday for five hours. They raised slogans and demanded Governor Kalraj Mishra to convene the session of the assembly.
The Congress party has now taken the issue among the people of the country. Congress launched the #SpeakUpForDemocracy campaign on Sunday, attacking the BJP. The Congress has said that instead of dealing with the Corona crisis, the BJP is giving priority to grabbing power. It is not that the country is not watching. This BJP is not visible.
