Which allows state legislatures to pass a law to override a central law, which then needs the approval of the President.
According to the state law which Sonia Gandhi cited, if a state legislature passes a law which is “condemnable to parliamentary law” in a matter relating to concurrent subject matter and if the state law obtains the assent of the President, then this state Will apply
