New Delhi: In West Bengal, Home Minister Amit Shah once again raised the issue of Citizenship Amendment Act on Thursday, saying that the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) will be introduced after the Covid-19 vaccination is over. He said that the opposition is misleading the minorities on the CAA.
At a rally in the Matua community, Amit Shah said, “We brought the CAA, Corona came in between.” Mamta didi started saying that this is a false promise. We do what we say. As soon as this vaccination work ends, the corona is liberated, the BJP government will do the work of giving citizenship to all of you.
Earlier in another rally, Amit Shah described West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee as a “failed administrator”. He said that in the West Bengal Assembly elections, there will be a contest between Narendra Modi’s “Development Model” and his “Destruction Model”.
