Kejriwal made the newly elected councillors swear that they would “never take any bribe” and that they would “never allow anyone to do anything wrong.” He pledged to lift Chandigarh from 66th place in the Swachh Survekshan cleanliness rankings to first place. “People of Chandigarh, you have brought forth a miracle,” Kejriwal said at the start of his speech.

Those elected from the BJP or the Congress are now ours as well. “We need to make Chandigarh lovely once more.”
He asked the councillors to take an oath and hand it out to the citizens of their areas. Our first aim is to move Chandigarh from 66th to first place in the cleanliness rankings, according to Mann. The kingmakers, according to Bhagwant Mann, are the AAP volunteers and party employees. During the victory rally, which was attended by hundreds of AAP supporters, AAP leaders Harmohan Dhawan, Chandermukhi Sharma, Pardeep Chhabra, and Raghav Chadha were also present.
