It is believed that there is no sure-shot success formula in entrepreneurship and the teams set up in an entrepreneurial venture are usually for achieving a goal set by the leader in a tried and tested formula for success. The team must be confident about their products or services and thus, they can maintain a cordial relationship with their customers, markets, investors and run a long-term initiative for the business.
The entrepreneurial team must be willing to listen to the suggestions and recommendations of other key people of the organization so that they can contribute to the business and also create an emotional attachment to the business. A business entity is meaningless and lifeless until and unless employees or team members don’t leave their footprint on it. Thus, the team should be acknowledged, given importance on a timely basis, and help them lead in a courageous manner.
