Schools, colleges in Gujarat to remain closed

The government of Gujarat announced recently that it has no plans to reopen the schools and colleges from 23 November 2020 in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic situation in the state.

The Chief Minister’s Office handle on social media shared, “Gujarat Government decides to postpone the reopening of schools and colleges in Gujarat from November 23 in the wake of the current coronavirus situation.”

The state government had earlier decided to reopen schools and colleges all over the state from 23 November but now it had to postpone the reopening dates due to the recent increase in coronavirus cases in Gujarat.

So far, Gujarat has seen 3,830 deaths and total count of cases is 1,92,982.
