Hindu College alumni set up funds to help needy students

The Old Students Association (OSA) of Delhi University’s Hindu College has started a pandemic study grant to help needy students to pay their full annual fees in the college.

The initiative is to provide financial assistance to those who belong to families having annual income less than Rs 5 lakhs.

Such students will be given a one-time study grant of up to Rs. 20,000 to cover up their yearly tuition fees.

In the release, it was mentioned, that the students, who would like to apply for this assistance can submit their application, along with Family Income Certificate to Mahesh Rawat, Accounts Department, Hindu College or on his email [email protected].

The association is also inviting other alumni students to contribute to the fund programme. One can send cheque in favour of ‘Old Students Association, Hindu College’ or by making the Donation online on the college’s alumni portal.
