Higher-level classes in Andhra Pradesh schools start from today

From Monday, opens the gates of the schools for students who are in classes 9 and 10 in Andhra Pradesh.

Yes, you read it correctly! Now students of classes 9 and 10 in the Southern state can attend their lectures physically in schools on alternate days.

The lectures will be held from 9:15 am till 1:45 pm and each class will have only 16 students.

The schools in Andhra Pradesh will follow social distance norms. Also, the current academic year has been delayed to 30 April 2021 in the state.

State Education Minister Adimulapu Suresh said in a media interaction that their attempt is to reopen the schools in a phased manner and all safety protocols will be followed in the coronavirus pandemic situation.
