Tools of Research
Tools of Research can be quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative methods of research include collecting and analyzing objective information, mostly in numerical form. The research design of quantitative methods of research are identified before the collection of data begins and hence, they are fixed and not flexible. The research process is regulated to reduce or control possible bias.
Qualitative research is utilized to identify the values, feelings, attitudes, opinions, and behaviors of people. Researchers of qualitative methods are usually interested to understand the perceptions of individuals on certain topics, issues, situations, and purposes they attribute to their lives. This type of research is used for creating a policy, enhancing educational processes, bringing about a change for a certain practice, and addressing social issues.
Examples of tools of research include surveys, questionnaires, interviews, case studies, experiments, and participant and non-participant observation, observational trials, and studies using the Delphi method.
Dialectic Method of Buddha
Gautama Buddha spread the message of love and peace around 563 B.C. with his enlightening teachings. He denounced all the faiths and beliefs related to the orthodox Vedic religion. His teachings were to encourage a rational mindset and his doctrine of momentariness or Ksanika Vada can be said to be the Buddhist theory of Phenomenal Dialectic.
With this faith, Buddha removed the eternality of the soul and all other logics that were linked to the permanency in the Vedic religion. Buddha focused on the importance of empathy and said that all things that have a beginning in the Universe must have an end and the world is a becoming. As per Buddha, the world is Bhavarup, everything in this world is only
Dialectic.
Everything in this world is merely a group of things that have been brought together with perishable qualities. Everything is momentary and this world has been identified by the basis of dependent origination. All animals, Gods, plants, things, bodies, forms, substances are perishable. Everything has a beginning, existence, and destruction. This restored the rational thinking patterns in the sad nation.
