Calcutta University to have online exam system from home

The officials of Calcutta University have announced that now the university will give three hours to its undergraduate and postgraduate students to answer exam papers for online final semester examinations from home.

The university has decided to organize the final semester exams online from 1 to 18 October 2020.

In case there is any technical problem, then half to one hour time extra will be provided to such students.

The university plans to release an official notice with regards to the online assessment from home soon.

The move came after the UGC stayed on the idea of providing candidates 24 hours for writing their exam papers in open book exam mode.
