While you navigate your career and look for a new job, you need to know certain things beforehand. These things are not related to your package or job role but more humanly side of the company that is also called perks offered by various companies nowadays to hire and retain good talent. Here is a list of those things that you need to confirm from your HR manager before saying yes to join your new company.

At times, HR policies need to be amended so that some employees can still report to work despite all the hardships of travel or personal issues that keep lingering at home.
2) If you are a working parent and have a child to look after at home with no external support of a maid or a grandparent or relative, then asking for a work-from-home job totally would be more ideal and attending to the workplace only at meetings or important days. Because it is better you communicate everything beforehand about your personal issues and how you are expecting the company to allow you to give your best at work.
