Lucknow: So far 276 cases of corona virus infection have been reported in Uttar Pradesh. Among them are 138 members of Tablighi Jamaat. Principal Secretary (Medical and Health) Amit Mohan Prasad told reporters here on Sunday, “So far the number of corona virus infected patients is 276. Out of this, there are three to four districts where more cases came up. ”
Prasad said that Gautam Budh Nagar has the highest number of 58 cases, followed by 44 in Agra, Meerut 33, Ghaziabad 23, Lucknow 17 and six in Saharanpur. He told that 31 districts are affected by this, where cases of this infection have come to light. He said that 21 have recovered, three have died while the rest are being treated.
Prasad called upon the people to immediately go to the government hospital after symptoms of the Corana virus said, “We have made a three-tier system in the entire state. L-1 has hospitals. There are 51 cases of L-2 and six hospitals of L-3. He advised the people that they should take advantage of the helpline of the Health Department, number 18001805145.
He said, “When you call them, after knowing your symptoms, they advise that you should go to the hospital or there is nothing special.” The principal secretary told that 29 corona virus infection cases in Agra of Tablighi Jamaat while 14 cases have been reported in Ghaziabad, 13 in Meerut, 13 in Saharanpur, eight in Shamli, six in Maharajganj, six in Kanpur, five cases in Ghazipur.
