If you are infected with COVID-19, please immediately inform your known persons and also those whom you meet recently. It is better to first take home isolation and also consult a doctor immediately to take the required precautionary steps. If you do not have a relative or friend who can help you with the essential items while you are doing home isolation, you can download some apps that deliver food and other grocery items at home. You can also tell your neighbor to help you get in touch with the required contact numbers who can help you in the process of home isolation.

Worrying can in fact affect your recovery process so it is better that you relax and calm down. Do not make things worse by trying to end the home isolation before the recommended time, take medicines, and proper rest so that you can recover easily and well. It is always better to be safe and thus, follow all the good habits and a healthy lifestyle.
