New Delhi: Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in the Senior Scientist of the Indian Council of Archaeological Research (ICMR). Sources said that after knowing about this, the entire building of ICMR is being de-transitioned. The Mumbai scientists came to Delhi a few days ago and confirmed the infection on Sunday morning.
The scientists are from the National Reproductive Health Research Institute of ICMR, Mumbai. A source said that the ICMR building would be transition-free and fumigated for two days. The scientists attended a meeting last week which was attended by ICMR Director General Dr. Balaram Bhargava and others.
Sources said that the administration has sent a message to the employees and appealed to them to work from home as the work of transition-free to ICMR headquarters is going on. The message said, ‘Only the main team of Covid-19 can come when that is very important. Others should only work from home. ‘
