Sensex up by more than 300 points

Mumbai: All financial stocks on the Sensex rose and Bajaj Finance rose 7.29 per cent. Apart from this, the shares of SBI also strengthened by 2.56. Due to the selling in the auto sector, the market could not reach the record level once again.

Sensex and Nifty 50 closed with gains at the close of trading. During trading today, the Sensex opened at 52,143.90 points and reached 52,346.35 points. After this, on the closing of trading in the Sensex, it closed at 52,300.47 with a gain of 0.69 percent or 358.83 points. Today 23 stocks closed with gains on the Sensex, while the remaining 7 stocks closed with a fall. There was buying in all banking stocks on Sensex today.

Talking about Nifty 50, it closed at 15,737.75 with a gain of 0.65 percent or 102.40 points. On Nifty, 34 stocks including Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv and SBIN closed with gains while 15 stocks closed down and 1 stock remained unchanged.

There was buying in financial stocks on BSE Sensex in today’s trading day. The biggest buying was in the shares of Bajaj Finance and Bajaj Finserv. Bajaj Finance closed at Rs 6087.60 with a gain of 7.29 per cent. After Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv and SBIN were the biggest buyers on the Sensex. Bajaj Finserv rose by 3.75 per cent to Rs 11,991.60 and SBIN was up 2.56 per cent at Rs 432.25.

Today, the best sellers on the Sensex were in the shares of Bajaj Auto and Maruti. Bajaj Auto declined by 0.91 per cent to Rs 4184 and Maruti by 0.56 per cent to close at Rs 7199.15. After this, HCLTech closed down 0.34 percent at Rs 968.50.
