Telecom company Reliance Jio has introduced an interesting facility for its users and the facility is called emergency data loan. It is for users who have less data but can get data instantly by taking a loan and then pay later. The emergency data loan facility of Jio will ensure that users can enjoy the data package at a smooth, seamless, and high speed. It is as simple as recharging now and paying later functionality for Jio users who get their daily data quota used up sometimes and fail to recharge for the new package on an immediate basis.
Under this new loan facility, Jio users of prepaid mobile numbers can avail of up to 5 emergency data loan packs of 1GB each, which has been valued at Rs. 11 per pack.
Below are the steps to access the Emergency loan facility for data:
- Open MyJio App and go to ‘menu’ on the top left of the page
- Choose ‘Emergency Data Loan’ below mobile services
- Tick ‘Proceed’ on the emergency data loan banner
- Pick the ‘Get emergency data’ alternative
- Tick ‘Activate now’ to get the emergency loan advantage
- Emergency data loan perk is initiated.
Jio comes up with interesting plans to keep its users engaged and lured to its packages. Last month as well, the company had introduced an annual prepaid plan with a cost of Rs. 3,499/- which seems to be the most expensive recharge plan of the company providing 3GB data daily to its users. One can just check the Jio app or website to get more details about different packages for prepaid users from all over the country.
It seems during the lockdown people have started using more telecom services to stay connected with their classmates, office colleagues, and relatives on a virtual mode and Jio seems to take advantage of this situation by launching attractive plans quite often.
