Temasek’s job search platform for blue-collar workers GoodWorker with investment from Singapore government has now joined hands with Indian actor Sonu Sood’s job search app for migrant workers.

Yes, you read it right! Now Pravasi Rojgar app will have a joint venture with Temasek.

The company’s platform GoodWorker has also made an initial investment of Rs. 250 crore in the Pravasi Rojgar app.

The joint venture will officially introduce its product offerings in early next year.

Sonu became famous during the lockdown period as he provided financial support to help migrant workers reach their homes and also help get skill-based jobs.

Pravasi Rojgar app was launched in association with edtech and skilling company Schoolnet India (formerly IL&FS Education and Technology Services).

It has now 10 lakh job seekers and employers including Amazon, Max Healthcare, Portea, Sodexo, Urban Company, etc.
