Due to coronavirus pandemic, nowadays, mostly all summits and large events are being held online.
India will take part in five summits this month. In three of the summits, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be confront Chinese President Xi Jinping in the midst of India-China military faceoff.
On 10 November 2020, Modi will be taking part in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Heads of State summit that is being organized by Russia.
On 13-15 November, India will be a part of the India-Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit and interestingly, Prime Minister Modi will be addressing the summit.
On 17 November, Modi and Xi will be seen in the Brazil-Russia-India-China-South Africa (BRICS) Summit that is also being organized by Russia.
On 21-22 November, Modi and Xi and also other world leaders, which may or may not have the winner of the 3 November US Presidential Elections will be participating in the G-20 summit hosted by Saudi Arabia.
On 30 November, India will be hosting the SCO heads of government meet. The meet may witness the participation of the Indian foriegn minister Jaishankar. Pakistan’s foriegn minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi may also be a part of the meeting.
