Urvashi Rautela is taking a beauty cue from Queen Cleopatra through her Instagram post on Monday.

The actress posted a picture of her taking a mud bath and wrote: “My FAV MUD BATH SPA / MUD THERAPY. Cleopatra was an early lover of mud baths, while modern fans include me. Enjoying the red mud of the Balearic beach. It is said to have been used as a mirror by Venus, the Roman goddess of love. Its mineral-rich clay is considered therapeutic and good for the skin.”

Sharing the benefits of bathing with mud on one’s body and skin, the actress said: “Mud can be a really muddy miracle. The Healing Mud Therapeutic mud baths included today are still touted today for their ability to detoxify and draw out impurities, soften the skin, improve circulation, and reduce aches and pains.”

The actress recently took to social media to encourage her fans to workout and improve their fitness.

The actress shared a video on Instagram in which she can be seen doing a sort of ab workout using a punching bag. In the video, Urvashi holds the punching bag by her feet and lowers her upper body while her trainer holds her legs and supports her.
