On teachers day all of us have different ways to show our respect and love to our teachers and thank them for the unlimited support they have given to us. Some of us show our love through sending them special wishes messages or posting on social media.
As Bollywood plays a lot of characters from our lives they are not behind when it comes to portrayal of teacher’s character in movies. There are some of the characters who left marks on our mind and remembered on teacher’s day.
1. Hrithik Roshan in SUPER 30:
In Super 30 Hrithiks recent movie he played the role of Anand Kumar from Bihar. The movie is based on a true story of a teacher who teaches underprivileged kids so that they can achieve best in their life.
2. Rani Mukherjee in HITCHKI:
In this movie Rani is playing the role of a teacher suffering from Tourette Syndrome, who teaches a bunch of mischievous students and shows them the right way to achieve what they want in their lives.
3.Amitabh Bachchan in BLACK:
Amitabh Bachchan played role of teacher of a deaf-blind girl. Movie is all about girl relationship with her teacher who himself later develops Alzheimer’s disease. The film shows how a teacher shapes the life of a girl when even her family had given up on her.
4.Sharukh Khan in MOHABBATEIN:
Shah Rukh was seen as a music teacher in the movie Mohabbatein, who has his own ways of teaching his students. With him, not only his students but even the cold-hearted principal learns to truly appreciate the need for love and friendship
5. Aamir Khan in TAARE ZAMEEN PAR:
In Taree Zameen Par aamir khan played the role of an art teacher of a dyslexic kid Ishaan Awasthi. In this movie, Aamir’s character was emotionally attached with the child, as he himself was facing same difficulty from his childhood as dylexic child.
6.Sushmita Sen in MAIN HOON NA:
Sushmita played Memorable role of hot and lovable chemistry teacher Chandani Chopra. She taught how to always keep trying to get what you want.
7. Boman Irani in 3-IDIOTS:
Boman Irani played the role of college director Dr, Viru Sahastrabuddhe in 3 Idiots. HIs character got famous as VIRUS in the movie.
8.Satish Shah in MAIN HOON NA :
Satish Shah’s role of professor Rasai, his humorous portrayal of the professor left the audience in splits.
9. Archana Puran Singh in KUCH KUCK HOTA HAIN
Archana Puran Singh’s character of Ms Briganza in Kuch Kuch Hota Hain was of English teacher who flirted with the Principal played by Anupam Kher. She showed how to live life with full of happiness.
