The Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan has continued to have a strong hold in the ticket windows. As per several reports on websites, the action thriller is said to have made around Rs. 21.50 crore net in India on its seventh day after its release in the theatres all over the country.
Shah Rukh Khan has been featured along side Nayanthara in this Atlee directed film. Vijay Sethupathi plays a prominent role in the film.

With the present figures, the total business of Jawan in all languages in India is estimated to cross Rs. 350 crores and make almost around Rs. 366.08 crores. This business on Wednesday is said to be little lesser than the numbers made in Tuesday. However, there is no stopping for the amazing film.
It is believed that the film will break its own records in the coming weekend and also in the next week. A detailed report is yet to be announced by the makers with regards to the box office collections so far. However, several websites have offered insights on collections based on the overall occupancy of different languages in which the film has been released.
Yesterday the film made a net of Rs. 26 crore in India itself. It is just not in India but the film is also ruling the box office worldwide. It is said that the film entered the box office club of Rs. 600 crores on Tuesday, which makes the numbers seem astonishing.
The film was released in theatres on Tuesday in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages. Deepika Padukone also has a cameo role as Shah Rukh’s mother in the movie. Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak and Aaliyah Qureishi featured as the six girls of Shah Rukh’s team while Ridhi Dogra, Sunil Grover, Mukesh Chhabra, Yogi Babu and Eijaz Khan were seen in supporting roles. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt also made a surprise role in the film.
While it is said to be the story of a soldier, the film marks the collaboration of South Indian film director Atlee and Shah Rukh Khan for the first time. It seems to be an unlikely pair considering Shah Rukh only worked with big banners all this while. However, this film has been backed by his own production house Red Chillies Entertainment. The film has got good word of mouth publicity that is helping Khan monetize the stardom that he had missed out in the last four years before Pathaan’s release.
