
Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi who is majorly known for his comic timing in films shared on social media about how he received a huge amount of electricity bill.
In a tweet, Arshad had shared Rs 1,03,564 was debited from his account on July 5 for the electricity bill.
Then he shared a news article about his paintings suggesting everyone to buy it so that he could buy the Adani electric bill.
Fans and followers got surprised when he mentioned in the tweet that he is keeping his kidneys to sell for the next electricity bill.
This made everyone laugh at his comic sense over a serious issue of huge electricity bill amount that is bothering everyone since the last month.
Later, he tweeted that his problem of the electric bill has been solved as he got an immediate response from the electricity company.
Many celebrities from the film industry like Taapsee Pannu, Renuka Shahane, Huma Qureshi, Nimrat Kaur, Soha Ali Khan have expressed their disappointment over receiving a high electricity bill for the month of June.
Even residents across Mumbai are complaining that they didn’t consume that much electricity during the lockdown period, which the bill is showing to them.
