Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has announced a new movie this Diwali season. Not only that, he has taken the opportunity to even release the new look of his upcoming movie called Ram Setu.
In the film, Akshay can be seen as a tourist in long hairs, in a shirt and cargo trousers with a small bag hanging around his shoulder.
On social media, Akshay wrote, “This Deepawali,let us endeavor to keep alive the ideals of Ram in the consciousness of all Bharatiyas by building a bridge(setu) that will connect generations to come. Taking this mammoth task ahead, here is our humble attempt – #RamSetu. Wishing you & yours a very Happy Deepawali!”
Some days back, Akshay released his new movie Laxmii on Disney+ Hotstar wherein he played the role of a man who is possessed by the spirit of a transgender.
During coronavirus lockdown, Akshay even completed a shooting schedule of his film BellBottom, which also features Lara Dutta, Vaani Kapoor and Huma Qureshi.
