Auto Desk – The wait is over! Maruti Suzuki has finally announced the price of its five-door SUV. The base model will cost ₹12.74 lakh (ex-showroom).
For your information, the booking has already started in January this year, and today deliveries begin.
The Five-Door Jimny SUV is available in Zeta and Alpha variants and has Automatic and Manual transmission choices.

The car is powered by a 1.5L K-series engine with Idle Start Stop. It has max power of 77.1kW@6000rpm and a max torque of 134.2Nm@4000rpm. For 5-speed MT it has a fuel efficiency of 16.94km/l for 5-speed MT whereas for 4-speed AT it has 16.39km/l
Besides that, it comes with ALLGRIP PRO (4WD) system and has a low-range transfer gear (4L mode).
For safety, it features 6 airbags, an anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD), brake assist function, electronic stability program (ESP), brake limited slip differential, hill hold control, hill descent control, and more.
Additionally, it was built on Suzuki’s own Total Effective Control Technology (TECT) platform. It comes in 7 color options – 5 monotone shades and 2 dual-tone options.
Also, the company gives two accessory packages – the Summit Seeker collection and the Adventure Lifestyle collection.
