Do Akhilesh himself wants to get rid of Shivpal?

NewsDo Akhilesh himself wants to get rid of Shivpal?

Date:

Lucknow: There is a lot of discussion about Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party- Lohia (PSP) president Shivpal Singh Yadav that he may join Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) or will be close to BJP against Samajwadi Party (SP). Akhilesh Yadav, SP Chief never seemed publicly make efforts to stop Shivpal from doing so. The incidents make things as clear as daylight that Akhilesh himself wants to get rid of Shivpal, who is his uncle.

A source in the Samajwadi party claims that when Shivpal met the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, Adityanath, Akhilesh was informed about it. Akhilesh replied by saying he had to go, it was pre-decided (pahle se tay tha ki unhein to jana hi hai). Akhilesh’s reply is enough to tell the whole story which is weaved between both two characters. It is said that Shivpal wasn’t happy because he was not invited to the meeting of the Samajwadi Party’s MLA. Akhilesh was of the view that though he is an MLA on the symbol of SP, he is an alliance partner and will be called in the meeting with them. After the incident Shivpal is annoyed to Akhilesh and expressing it publicly through his acts.

There are enough reasons

There are enough reasons that Akhilesh doesn’t want Shivpal to be powerful in the party. SP chief doesn’t him as a power center in the party and Shivpal can’t be an ordinary MLA in the party if he returns. The experts say that the conflict between the two started in 2012 when Akhilesh was named the CM. Shivpal Yadav was also the contender for this post. Mulayam Singh Yadav, the then national president of the party, not only declared Akhilesh as CM but also said Shivpal to propose his name in the Parliamentary board meeting of the party. Shivpal never expressed it but was in pain and looking for the right time to respond. He got the time when Mulayam expelled Akhilesh, the then CM, from the party for 6 years. The conference was arranged by Shivpal. After this act, Akhilesh opened the attack over Shivpal, right from the front.

Akhilesh is in good control

Now Akhilesh is in good control. Firstly, he took the full command of the party into his hands. Secondly, Akhilesh was able to win the faith of the core vote bank of the party i.e. Muslims and Yadavas. These voters accepted Akhilesh as his leader and now Akhilesh doesn’t need the favour of Shivpal Yadav for it. Being in the driving seat with full control, Akhilesh doesn’t want another power center in the party. So, it would be up to Shivpal, what he wants to do. Akhilesh will not interrupt. Either he remains with SP or maintains his relations with BJP.
