It said that this is the most expensive deal ever for a residential property in Los Angeles. Earlier in 2019, Lashan Murdoch paid about $ 150 million to buy Bel-Air Estate.
According to the news, this bungalow named Warner Estate is spread over nine acres in Beverly Hills. It has many other things including a guest house, tennis court and golf course. The house was built in 1930 by Jack Warner, the former president of Warner Brothers.
