How to LET GO when things get difficult in life

Whenever we stumble upon the rocks in our life, we remember the good old times and start crying or feel very emotional.

We pray to God and ask him why are things being unfair to us in this world.

We attract a lot of negativity and lose hope in our lives whenever we come across challenges.

In such situations, it is advised to LET GO. So what is LET GO and how do you do that?

Letting go means not holding things within you. In case, you are angry with the way the current education system is shaping up, do not hold bitterness in you, but just let it go and be with the flow.

In case you are feeling bored sitting at home with no job, do not hold anger and resentment within you but let it go so that you can think more clearly on what needs to be done for arranging finances.

Letting go is definitely not an easy task. It takes hours or days of practice to stay calm in difficult times.

So, in order to achieve a stable mind, you need to focus on the good, leave the rest, practice mindfulness and think of possibilities.

As they say, there is nothing permanent in life, including pain and sorrow. So, just let go them in order to welcome new opportunities, new life, new beginnings.
