Publishing house Penguin Random House India has decided to publish a book on Michelin Star chef Vikas Khanna’s Feed India initiative.
The initiative started during the pandemic has successfully delivered 30 million meals in more than 135 cities.
Poor children and needy people were fed across various cities through the chef’s campaign.
Interestingly, Vikas will now be penning his successful journey of the noble initiative in his new book titled Kitchens of Gratitude.
The new book is slated to be released next year. It will have the vital information of how important is nutritious food in our daily lives.
The book has also been commissioned by Vaishali Mathur, publisher, Indian Languages Publishing at Penguin Random House India.
