Auto Desk – Ducati has introduced the Panigale V4 R in India. It comes with a 998cc V4 engine that offers 218bhp at 16,500rpm in 6th gear. The price of this supersport motorcycle starts at Rs 69.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Panigale V4 R has an aluminum frame similar to the standard. It gets a dry weight of 193.5kg and has improved greatly over the older one.
Last year, Ducati won the MotoGP and WSBK championships. To denote their dominance, it has “1” on the face and the sides.
Ducati Panigale V4 R powers a 998cc Desmosedici Stradale R motor which offers to rev up to 16,500rpm in the sixth gear and punches out 218bhp (It can be boosted to 237bhp).
It also comes with a greater expansion of the power modes including a Track Evo display, engine maps with calibration, and improved Ducati Traction Control. It comes with engine strategies – Full, Medium, High, and Low.
