Here is how you can make sabja seeds juice that you can drink regularly at evening 6 pm daily to avoid eating snack items.
1) Take a glass of water and soak one spoon of sabja seeds at around 5.30 pm in it.
2) Add one spoon of sugar or salt or gur powder (as per your choice) to the glass.
3) Cut a lemon and add a quarter slice of lemon juice to the glass.
4) Now mix it well and keep it closed for half-hour.
5) At 6pm, your sabja juice is ready as the seeds that you had soaked have become soft for you to consume along with the lime water.
6) Consuming this juice on a daily basis will put your hunger pangs under control and help you have dinner on time between 7pm to 9pm.
