Human nature is unpredictable and so is the nature around us. Like no one actually knows how things change within a fraction of a second in terms of our health, career, and relationships. Modern life is changing rapidly and thus, we adapt to certain habits to ensure that we are at peace with the changing world. However, some habits are not really good for our health and can impact our immune systems and overall health in the longer term.
Know these daily habits to lead a happy life
Apart from drugs, smoking, and alcohol intake, there are certain habits that one should not ignore at all and they are:
1) Not sleeping properly. If a person doesn’t sleep well then he gets easily irritated and cranky the next day making him more vulnerable to negative emotions like anger, frustration, etc. Thus, one must ensure that he sleeps at least 6 hours of good sleep every night and the maximum can be 8 to 9 hours depending on the time availability.
2) Not eating foods on time and properly can really affect our health, thus inviting major health issues starting from blood pressure, diabetes, etc. Thus, make sure to have a healthy breakfast in the morning followed by lunch in the afternoon and snack items in the night for proper intake of foods throughout the day.

3) Sitting for long hours at one place or on the chair for doing office work or studies is equally dangerous to health as smoking. Studies have shown that sitting for long hours either for work or driving can make one become more prone to illnesses of cancer like lung, breast, and colon. Move around little for every one or two hours a day and carry on with their regular activities.
4) Don’t be lonely as that makes one more vulnerable to heart-related illnesses. Being lonely increases anxiety, emotional disturbances and even force one to take up any harmful addiction. Keep yourself engaged with some activities that ward off your loneliness and make some friends.
