Telegram’s Pavel Durov disparages WhatsApp and warns the app users to immediately stop using it.  

Founder of the popular messaging app Telegram, Pavel Durov, reaches out to users via the Telegram channel warning them about the vulnerabilities of WhatsApp and also claiming that it has been a spying tool for more than 13 years and that users should stop using it immediately. He also Whatsapp is vulnerable and with every passing year they come up with a new issue putting the user data at high risk.

We all know that the world uses WhatsApp messaging as the primary app for communication and Hackers can take full advantage of it as they have access to users’ phones that has a lot of personal information and other details we share with our near and dear ones.

Pavel Durov has raised these security issues many times before as well claiming that it can never work safely until and unless the company works and resolves the underlying issues.

Comparing the WhatsApp app with his own Telegram, Pavel said that he will not promote or push people to become telegram users but also ensured that Telegram has been designed in a way that offers maximum safety to its users and is very secure. Telegram has more than 700 million active users worldwide and is being downloaded by more than 2 lakh people on an average on daily basis.
