Yogi Adityanath said, ‘Flu is not a disease’

Date:

New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given a big statement on the flu. CM Yogi Adityanath said that they should not make the disease a boon but focus on its treatment. He said that ‘flu is not a disease’ and people get cold when the weather changes.

With this, the Chief Minister said that recently some information has been received about the death of swine flu in Meerut. But, soon after, Yogi Adityanath said that flu is not a disease. When the weather changes, some people get a cold. This is the flu in itself.

According to CM, we call the cold by swine flu or bird flu or any other name, depending on its reasons. “From 1977-78 to 2016, between 500 and 1500 children died of encephalitis (meningitis) every three to four months,” he said. But, the result of the work of our government is that now the outbreak of this disease has reduced the death toll from 56 to 60 percent.
