Two Kanwariyas killed in Bhadoi, Budaun districts of Uttar Pradesh

Bhadohi/Budaun (UP): Two Kanwariyas died and four sustained injuries in two separate road accidents in Bhadoi and Budaun districts of Uttar Pradesh, the police said on Sunday. According to reports from Bhadoi, a 30-year-old Kanwariya Lavlesh Tripathi died and his three companions sustained injuries on Sunday morning when a truck hit their card. The accident occurred when a truck ht their car near Navdhan village. They were going from Kaushambi to Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi to offer Gangajal (water of the holy Ganga) to Lord Shiva.On getting information, the police rushed to the spot and sent the injured to a hospital where their condition was stated to be stable.

A report from Budaun says, a tractor-trolley hit two Kanwariyas in Ujjaini area. They were rushed to hospital where one of the Kanwariyas identified as 28-year-old Shankar Lal died. The tractor-trolley driver was detained, said superintendent of police OP Singh.
