Sant Kabir Nagar (UP): A few unidentified goons polished off a 45-year-old man and his 18-year-old son at Imlidiha area of Uttar Pradesh’s Sant Kabir Nagar district in the early hours of Thursday, the police said. According to a senior official, both were identified as Ganesh Chauhan and his son Dharamveer. According to locals, the father-son duo had gone to their farmland to irrigate crops on Wednesday evening and slept in a cot there and, in the morning, both were found dead.

The attackers used sharp-edged weapons to murder them. An FIR was registered against the unidentified culprits and the case was being investigated.
