No plan for the next lockdown in the capital: CM Kejriwal
New Delhi: An all-party meeting was held on Monday under the chairmanship of Union Home Minister Amit Shah in the capital Delhi amid the growing Corona transition. Leaders of Congress, Aam Aadmi Party and BSP including BJP participated in the meeting. After the meeting, CM Arvind Kejriwal said that there is no plan for the next lockdown in the capital. He wrote on his official Twitter handle, ‘Many are speculating that another lockdown is being planned in Delhi. But there is no such plan. ‘
After the meeting, Delhi Congress Chief Anil Chaudhary informed that the proposal of the test of all has been approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Anil Chaudhary said, ‘Everyone should have the right to get tested. Treatment is possible only after testing. He has assured that everyone will have the right to undergo tests under the new testing policy.
After this meeting, Delhi BJP Chief Adesh Kumar Gupta said, ‘BJP has advised that Shukla should be fixed in private hospitals. Taking note of this, the Home Ministry has formed a committee which will submit its report in two days. Price capping will be done on the basis of this report.
Adesh Gupta also said that the BJP had demanded a reduction in the fee imposed on the test by 50 percent and this has been accepted by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Adesh Gupta said that Amit Shah has told that from June 20, 18 thousand tests will be done in Delhi every day.
It is known that after the meeting on Monday, it was decided that everyone will have the right to undergo corona test in Delhi, the capital of the country. More than 41,000 people are infected in Delhi and more than 1,300 people have died due to infection.
