CM Yogi said in Meerut, elements using farmers for their vested interest would be dealt firmly

Meerut: Speaking tough against the vested interests who are compromising unity, security and the integrity of the country by using innocent farmers, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that such elements will be dealt with a heavy hand.

Addressing a public rally in Agriculture University in Meerut on Sunday, CM said that those who are behind this conspiracy do not want to see farmers prosper. “It is for everyone to see that some elements are advocating an anti-India voice in the name of the farmers movement,” he said and called upon the farmers to stand with the integrity of the country because solution of a problem lies in the dialogue not in the struggle.

CM Yogi was all praise for the diligence of the farmers, especially the ones from Western Uttar Pradesh saying the land of Meerut belongs to the revolutionaries and has contributed a lot to the country since independence.

“We are committed to the development of this region. We have already in the process of building Rs 32000 crore Rapid Rail project from Delhi to Meerut and have sent a proposal to another rapid Rail project from Meerut to Muzaffarnagar, ‘’ he said while adding that government s working on a proposal to construct Kanwad road till Haridwar to reduce the distance from Uttarakhand town.
