Mumbai: Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty has filed a case for making fake medical prescription against Sushant’s sister Priyanka Singh and others including Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital doctor Tarun Kumar. Apart from this, Shiv Sena leader Pratap Sarnaik has demanded to register a case of desecration on Kangana Ranaut.
In a six-page long complaint lodged against Priyanka, Rhea has cited that Sushant passed away five days after he obtained a prescription wherein “he was unlawfully prescribed psychotropic substances at the behest of his sister Priyanka,”
The report also mentioned that the actress has requested the complaint has to be registered against Priyanka Singh, Dr. Tarun Kumar, under the provision of the IPC 1860, the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs Act, 1985, and Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.
In a statement, Rhea’s lawyer advocate Satish Maneshinde shared details from the FIR.
