Online marketplace Amazon.in has introduced an interesting move for online business owners.
Now sellers on Amazon can register and manage their online business in Hindi.
Everything from registering as an Amazon seller to managing orders, inventory management and accessing performance metrics can be done in their preferred language, said Amazon in its statement.
The new service is available on both the website and the mobile app and also provides Seller Support Services and Seller University videos and tutorials in Hindi language.
During its testing phase, Amazon said that many sellers from cities across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Telangana, Himachal Pradesh have used the new feature of Hindi experience successfully.
The idea is to encourage more and more of Indian MSMEs to make a good use of the platform by using the vernacular initiative and enjoy the smooth experience.
