NewDelhi: Corona virus cases are increasing in India. So far 2093 cases of corona virus have been found in the country and 57 people have died. In the last 12 hours, 12 new patients of corona virus have been found in India. On Thursday (2 April), one person each in Haryana and Punjab is reported to have died from covid-19.
On April 3, three more people were found infected with the corona virus in Maharashtra. With this, covid-19 cases have increased to 338 in the state. Out of these three people, two have emerged from Pune and one from Buldhana. As of Wednesday, 335 cases of corona virus were reported in Maharashtra and 16 people died. So far, 12 people have lost their lives due to Corona virus in Mumbai. Corona virus has the highest number of 181 patients in the state capital, while Pune has recorded 50 cases.
Coronavirus infection has been confirmed in nine people in Rajasthan. Seven of them are from Ramganj area of Jaipur city. This has increased the total number of corona infections in the state to 129. Of the total infected in the state, 12 are people who have returned to join the Tabligi Jamaat. One of the new cases is of Jodhpur and one of Jhunjhunu. Additional Chief Secretary (Health) Rohit Kumar Singh said that seven new cases of corona virus have been reported on Thursday in Ramganj area of the capital Jaipur. All these were in contact with the first person found infected in the area.
So far, a total of 46 cases of corona virus have been reported in Punjab. 19 cases have been reported from Nawanshahar, 10 from Mohali, six from Hoshiarpur, five from Jalandhar, three from Ludhiana, two from Amritsar and one from Patiala. In one of these 46 cases, the patient was discharged from the hospital.
After getting 12 new patients of corona virus infection in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the number of people who have been exposed to this epidemic in the state has risen to 98. About 77 percent of these patients are from Indore alone. Indore is the most affected area of Corona virus infection in the state and its scope is increasing in the city. After getting 12 new patients, the number of people affected by this epidemic in the city has risen to 75, out of which three patients have already died during treatment.
