New Delhi: The death toll from the corona virus in the country has crossed one thousand. While more than 31 thousand people have been infected with this virus.
According to figures released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of Covid-19 positive cases in India has increased to 31,332, including 1,007 deaths, 7,695 cures / discharges and 1 migrate.
In the last 24 hours, 1,897 new cases of corona have been reported and 73 people have died. This is the largest number of deaths in 24 hours. However, it is a matter of some relief that till now 7,696 patients have recovered from this disease. The recovery rate improved to 24.55 per cent.
The death toll from corona in Maharashtra has reached 400, while the number of infected people is 9,318. In Mumbai alone, 6,169 people have come to Corona positive, while 244 people have died. At the same time, more than 300 Corona positive cases have come in Asia’s largest slum Dharavi. 112 policemen have been found infected with corona in Maharashtra. Three policemen have also died in this.
