Meerut: In the case of outbreak of corona infection, conditions like Agra are also forming in Meerut. If the situation is not handled soon, the corona patients will increase here. On Tuesday night 11 more new corona patients have been found in Meerut. Now the number of corona patients has increased to 176 in the district. Of these, 55 people have been discharged from hospital while eight have died. The deceased was a 30-year-old youth from Brahmapuri area. He was admit to Medical Emergency. Medical Principal Dr. RC Gupta said that the young man died on Monday night after his condition deteriorated. After which corona virus has been confirmed in its sample test report on Tuesday afternoon. He was cremated under the protocol. The health department is preparing to send samples of the deceased’s family members for examination.
In Meerut, the maximum number of cases have been found in Naveen Mandi. Social distancing is not maintained there. Commissioner Anita Meshram has expressed displeasure over the vegetable market not being shifted. She has ordered to shift the market within two days.
