Meerut: Corona virus has created a furore in the city of Meerut. The number of people dying from this epidemic kept increasing. The series of deaths of corona infected started in Meerut for the last several days, it continues even today. Today, three deaths and 18 new cases were found in the city.
CMO Dr Rajkumar confirmed the three deaths that occurred today. He said that the constant deaths are a matter of concern. Despite the best efforts , the spread of corona infection is not decreasing, he said even today 18 new cases of Covid-19 have been found.
According to the Bulletin of the Health Department, the total number of cases of corona infection in Meerut has been 554, out of which 112 are active cases while 400 people have been treated and discharged. The death toll in Meerut is now 43.
