Meerut is getting worse due to increasing cases of corona infection. Today, for the first time, 100 corona infections have been confirmed in the city. Here the number of corona infects has crossed 3900.
According to the report received from the Health Department, in the testing of 2450 samples, 115 reports were found positive. With this, the number of corona infected people has now reached 3938 in Meerut, out of which 788 people are still under treatment while 3034 people have been discharged from hospitals after treatment.
A 50-year-old resident of Indiranagar Brahmapuri died today due to corona infection in Meerut. The number of people who died of corona infection in the city has now increased to 116.
According to the report, 163730 samples have been tested so far in Meerut, of which 159422 reports have come out negative. Right now only 8 people are in home isolation.
