Corona became uncontrolled in UP, 6023 new cases, 40 deaths

Lucknow: In the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh, 40 more people were died during the last 24 hours and the infection was confirmed in 6023 new patients. According to the report released on Wednesday by the Department of Health, the number of people who died due to the virus has increased to 8964 in the state with the death of 40 more Covid-19 infected in the state during the last 24 hours. The highest number of deaths occurred in the capital Lucknow.

Covid-19 patients are currently being treated in 31987 in the state. In the daily briefing, Additional Chief Secretary of Medical and Health Department Amit Mohan Prasad said that a total of 1,86,948 samples were tested in the last one day in the state. A total of 3,59,42,111 samples have been tested so far in the state.

Prasad has appealed to people coming from outside the state to understand their social responsibility and spend 10 days at home. He said that if any symptoms of infection are seen, go to the hospitals themselves and check for Covid-19.
