Sitapur: The health of Samajwadi Party leader and MP from Rampur Azam Khan has suddenly deteriorated on Sunday. Azam Khan’s report came to Corona positive on 1 May. It is being told that district administration officials are preparing to shift Azam Khan to Medanta Hospital, Lucknow.
According to sources, the ambulance and Scott are ready to take Azam Khan in Sitapur Jail. On the spot, ASP, SDM Sadar and CO are present at the district jail.
Azam Khan has been detained in Sitapur Jail for more than a year. The Sitapur Jail administration had conducted his Covid test two days earlier. In the Covid test report, 13 detainees in the jail, including Azam Khan, have been found corona positive.
