Paris: The global outbreak of the corona virus has swept across the world. Worldwide, the number of patients infected with this virus has crossed the figure of 34 lakh to reach 3401002. According to the WorldMeter, the number of deaths from infections worldwide has reached 2,39,602. Corona virus has caused the most havoc in the world’s most powerful country, America. About one third of the corona patients around the world are in America. More than 11 lakh people have been affected by Corona here. In the last 24 hours 1883 people have died here.

According to the Worldometer, the number of corona virus patients in the US increased to 11 lakh 31 thousand 452 by Saturday morning. At the same time 65,776 people have died. However, one lakh 61 thousand 563 people have also recovered. New York City of America has reported the highest number of 315,222 cases. Only 24,069 people have died in New York. This was followed by 7,538 deaths out of 121,190 corona patients in New Jersey. Also Massachusetts, Illinois have been the most affected.

Corona is wreaking havoc in 212 countries of the world. Many countries including the US, France, Italy, Spain, Britain, Japan, India had to take a decision on lockdown to protect it. Due to which the economy has been badly affected. Meanwhile, preparations have been started to slowly open the lockdown to bring the economy back on track, despite increasing cases of infection in many countries.
