Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has launched a 72-seat regular flight service from Jagdalpur to Raipur and Hyderabad.
The inauguration was done through a video conference from the minister’s residence.
Many ministers, MPs, MLAs, and public representatives of the Bastar region ensured that they attended the virtual conference.
The move came in order to explore various possibilities and opportunities for the growth and development of the Bastar division by connecting its people with air travel services.
Now one can take a flight and reach from Bastar to Raipur and Hyderabad in just an hour.
Currently, the road travel takes 6 hours for Bastar to Raipur and around 12 hours to reach Hyderabad.
