New Delhi: The 7-member Coordination Committee, which is coordinating the farmers’ struggle, has given a clean and straightforward ultimatum to the Central Government in the national capital Delhi today. If the demands of the farmers are not met, from the fronts around Delhi, the farmers will enter Delhi on January 26 and perform “Farmers Republic Parade” with tractor trolley and other vehicles. Farmer leaders made it clear that the parade would take place after the Republic Day official parade ended. Along with this, many local and national programs were also announced by the United Farmers Front from now to 26 January.

The press conference was addressed by Balbir Singh Raje Wal, Darshan Pal, Gurnam Singh Chaduni, Jagjit Singh Dallewal and Yogendra Yadav, members of the seven member National Coordination Committee of the United Kisan Morcha.

Farmer representatives said “We told the government on the very first day that we are not going to move away from here without repealing these three anti-farmer laws. The government has only two ways: either it will ask for this bin as soon as possible take back and give legal guarantee to the farmers on the MSP, or shoot sticks at the farmers. Now we have come to a decisive turn in the cross-border battle. Two months of our camping in Delhi till 26 January we chose Republic Day for this decisive step because this day is a symbol of Gana, the supreme power of majority farmers in our country. “

On this occasion, the United Kisan Morcha announced several programs to intensify and broaden the movement from now until Republic Day. To accelerate this movement across the country, “Desh Jagriti Pakhwada” will be celebrated from January 6 to January 20 to expose governmental lies and propaganda. In this fortnight, dharna and pucca fronts will be organized in every district of the country. Rallies and conferences will be held at many places to awaken the farmers and the rest of the public.

If the January 4 talks with the government fail, then on January 6, farmers will march on the KMP Expressway. After that, farmers will march towards Delhi on Shahjahanpur. On January 13, “Kisan Sankalp Diwas” will be made across the country on the occasion of Lohri / Sankranti and these three laws will be lit. On January 18, celebrating Women Farmers Day will highlight the contribution of women in the country’s farming. On January 23, farmers will camp outside the Governor’s residence in all capitals by celebrating “Azad Hind Kisan Divas” in memory of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
