ANAND: 11 people were killed in a horrific road accident in Gujarat’s Anand district, when a car and a truck collided head-on. The accident happened on the highway connecting Tarapur in Anand district to Vataman in Ahmedabad district.
There were 10 people in the car including a child who died on the spot. Police said that efforts are on to retrieve the bodies from the car and identify them. The injured have been admitted to Tarapur Referral Hospital.
